I. For Undergraduate

1.Application requirements

(1) The age requirement: between 18 to 25 years old.

(2) Be in good Health. Conform with the relevant condition for enrolling.

(3) Abide by the laws and regulations of china, comply with the university disciplines.

(4) Graduated from high school or high school or above. Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of High school curriculum result measure up our school's admission criteria.

(5) Requirement for English:

Students from English-speaking countries are test-free.

Students from English-speaking countries are test-free if they can submit English-speaking certification. The student who is not conform with test-free needs submit the mark of TOEFL, ITEL or past the test after enter school.

2.Application Information

(1) Application Period: From April 5th to September 31st

(2) Application Materials. (submit the materials to International Education College Office, see the contact information below)

(3) Hebei Medical University Application Form and Statement

(4) Notarized highest diploma and mark list(photocopy)

(5) One copy of Passport

(6) The mark sheet of TOEFL , ITEL or test-free certification

(7) The physical examination certificate with other necessary medical report (hepatitis b, HIV, tuberculosis), which are given by hospital designated by the Chinese embassy. The student who is suffering in chronic disease or genetic diseases must declare actively.

(8) No Criminal Activity Certificate (within 6 months) given by the police station.

(9) Evidence of economic condition and on time payment commitments.

(10) Check document and application fees: After your application materials were checked and verified, you will get admission note. The applicant finish paying the application fees, we will apply JW202 form for you.

3.Enrollment and registration

(1) The matriculate will get the letter of admission and the application form of JW202.You should go to Chinese embassy to apply X visa with these materials.

(2) Registration time: Please register according to the stipulated time of admission note. If you don't register within two weeks without valid reason, it will be regarded as automatic withdrawal, and your offer will be canceled.

II. For Postgraduate

1.Application requirements

(1) The age requirement: between 18 to 40 years old.

(2) Be in good Health. Conform with the relevant condition for enrolling.

(3) Abide by the laws and regulations of china, comply with the university disciplines.

(4) Master’s program: Applicants must have attained a bachelor’s degree with good academic performance.

(5) Doctor’s program: Applicants must have attained a master’s degree with good academic performance.

(6) Requirement for language(English):

Students from English-speaking countries are test-free.

The student who is not conform with test-free needs should submit the score of TOEFL, ITEL or past entrance examination.

2.Application Information

(1) Application Period: From April 5th to September 31st

(a) Hebei Medical University application form and Statement

(b) Senior high school graduation certificate and official transcripts for the last three years (six semesters) of senior high school (original documents or notarized copies by authoritative organizations) .

(c) Two letters of professor recommendation

(d) Learning plan

(e) One copy of Passport

(f) The mark sheet of TOEFL , ITEL or test-free certification

(g) The physical examination certificate with other necessary medical report (hepatitis b, HIV, tuberculosis), which are given by hospital designated by the Chinese embassy. The student who is suffering in chronic disease or genetic diseases must declare actively.
